Get More Out of Your Workouts With This Simple Tool

If you’re doing any kind of interval training, you’ll need a good stopwatch so you can time your alternating periods of effort and recovery during your workouts. But when the intervals are short, it becomes a hassle to have to keep looking down at your stopwatch - especially if you only have a 10 second rest period.
