Do I have to belong to a gym to do the workouts?
No. Many of the recommended exercises call for dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell, or a chin-up bar. However, just about any exercise can be done using only dumbbells - giving you the option to workout at home. Each of the exercise demo videos (in the Video Library) shows you how to substitute barbell and kettlebell exercises using dumbbells. If you workout at a gym or have a garage gym at home, you’ll find that using squat rack, dumbbells (or kettlebells) will be all the equipment you need.
