Where can I find instructions on how to perform the exercises?
Whether you’re a newbie or have been working out for years, some exercises may be new to you. That’s why we created the Exercise Video Tutorial Library. Here, you can look up individual exercises. With each exercise, you will find a step-by-step video tutorial to walk you through every detail of the exercise. Each video even includes equipment substitutions (for instance showing you how to do a barbell exercise with dumbbells instead).
