Why are the workout cycles 3 weeks?

For MAX Workouts, the cycles are kept short (3 weeks), ensuring that your body never adapts. The reason is that when your body adapts or becomes efficient at a particular workout, you will begin to plateau. By following a shorter workout cycle, you’ll avoid the dreaded fat-loss “plateau” and instead you’ll continue to progress in terms of gaining more strength and burning more fat.
