If you’re an online club member, the workouts that appear on the Daily Workouts calendar indicate which cycle we’re on. For instance, if the workout is called “Workout 12-A”, that means we’re on Cycle 12, Workout A. Today’s date is always highlighted on the calendar so you’ll know exactly which workout to do each day.
If you purchased the MAX Workouts book (the 90 day program), but are not an online club member, you should follow the workout schedule in the book.← Back to All Help Topics
