Not to be confused with the book, the online workouts are “cycles” not “levels” (as they are in the book) and they do not need to be performed in order. For instance, Cycle 12 online is NOT more advanced than cycle 11 online. In contrast, the “levels” in the book are meant to build upon one another and prepare you for the online workouts, which are more advanced than the book. After you finish the workouts in the book, you can just pick up wherever we are on the club. If you are doing the online workouts already, you should be doing the current cycle.← Back to All Help Topics
