A workout cycle is a period of time that you will repeat a given workout routine. For MAX Workouts, the cycles are kept short (3 weeks). So, every 3 weeks the new workout schedule will be posted. You’ll do a different workout each day of the week, but you’ll repeat the same weekly routines from week to week.
If you’re a online club member and are doing the Daily Workouts, there are 17 workout cycles per year. You’ll have a cycle (Cycle 1), which will always start sometime in January. The following year, the cycle will also be called Cycle 1, but it is NOT the same workout as the previous years’ cycle.← Back to All Help Topics
