Each week includes 6 different workouts (Sunday’s are always rest days). You’ll repeat this routine from week to week, for a total of 3 weeks. This short, 3 week period is called a “cycle”. You’ll progress with the workouts each week (how you should progress is indicated in each workout).
Note: This refers to the online Daily Workouts. This feature is available to online club members only. If you purchased the MAX Workouts book (the 90 day program), but are not an online club member, you should start with the MAX Workouts book (the 90 day program).← Back to All Help Topics
